Life Coaching is a process where you work and interact with a coach to help you with your life visions. It’s not therapy but rather a cocreating relationship between coach and client.
Coaching helps you identify exactly what is it you want out of life and assist you in accomplishing that by creating a roadmap to achieve those results.

We will look at your life visions, identify and remove any barriers so you can find what is right for you and help you take control of your life! Setting the wheels in motion we will work on the following key points:
- Identify goals - step by step we will work through what it is you want to achieve
- Identify blocks - we will work through and identify any blocks or past traumas, that could be preventing you from moving forward and hindering growth
- Create an action plan - a step by step guide to help you stay on track to accomplish your life goals
- Create a timeline - to help you accomplish your goals and hold you accountable

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are granted up to 72 hours before your session. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. If you do not answer the phone at your appointment time, you will be called again within 2 minutes. If you do not answer the phone the second time, your appointment will automatically be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.
